Tajai7 - like Joe Z said, there is no effect in noise or performance for cutting short the tailpipe from the muffler. They're to hold the shiny tips.

Heres a more recent pic of the rear end conversion:
yeah looks a little to aggressive for the 250. something is off. but what's done is done,,, it doesn't look bad... good work. all you need to complete it is a drop and some aggressive wheels and kit.

nope not joking. somehow the underbody pressure cleaner shot it straight off. then the next 3 cars in line behind mine all hit my bumper. -__-

the damage surprisingly was minimal, except the two bolts where the trunk closes are broken clean off. took it to a body shop and they told me whoever painted my bumper did it wrong bc the paint was peeling off funny. so at least it opened my eyes to that too. gonna buy the bumper from sewell, painted, with just the parts i need.

shoulda just bought from sewell to begin with.

Just got mine installed. I had to cut about 1" off the OEM tailpipe to get the bumper to fit correctly. Next I will find a nice deep muffler so that the sound jives with the look.

I have updated the pics.

I'm currently wrapping my car in Pearl white and also installing 2012 f-sport bumper and led lights. While wrapping my IS-F bumper, i've decided to go with a black lower section. here are a few pics and will post full details on a detailed build thread soon.

Latest update is here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...l-mirrors.html

I Still have the ISF quads. I wrapped my car and went for two tone colour. With black bottom section. Also fitted LED headlamps, turn signal mirror covers and latest facelift bumper with F-Sport grille and spoiler. Looking for a cheap 3IS FSport bumper to come along and that will be my next project. Still need to get a good set of alloys to match. Here are some pics:
