Sounds good. However, the largest expense looks like the installation. To have it installed by a local body shop what is the price for professional installation?

I got front and rear installed for about $120... but they were really nice about it. Three hours labor for $40/hr (normally $50-60/hr).

And I can confirm that the exhaust tips DO come with the rear GFX piece.

That sounds good. Thanks for the confirmation on the rear ground effect with exhaust tips. What I will do is buy each piece individually. The downfall is that the side skirts come in Black Onyx. However, some say the difference between Obsidian and Black Onyx are hard to see from the naked eye. However, I will buy the rear ground effect and get it repainted to Obsidian. I will add the spoiler lip as well in Obsidian.

Now is it worth purchasing the Lexus Grille Surround in Obsidian or have the body shop take care of this?

u can check e-bay too. i think i saw the oem gfx parts going for $74 - 100 bucks each, rear, sides, and front. If you get them separately, should cost u no more than 400 bucks.

oh yah, the rear and front are the most noticable difference in the OEM grfx kit. I think sides are optional since there are minor difference between stock n lexus gfx sides. good luck with everything!

Yes you are correct. I shouldn't pay no more than $400. Now the biggest expense is getting them painted and installed.

The kit is fairly easy to install, so depending on your skill level, should give it a try to do it yourself. I installed the front lip in 10 minutes. The rear, took quite a long time as I did it per the included instructions, which requires removing the rear bumper and drilling holes.

My car is a lease. So I don't want to mess anything up. If I cut holes on the back kit, I don't want to say that I did it. Although with the kit being OEM, getting the kit installed with cutting is okay.

If you buy all the parts seperate it will cost you about $500, but if you buy the entire kit it will cost you more than twice that amount? That does not make any sense at all. It should be the opposite.
