'Professional' is a term that's liberally used on internet forums. If you have a GOOD exhaust shop to rely on that can do their own bends, etc., they should be able to fabricate this for you.

So in theory, would it be possible for me to buy the IS-F tips and just weld it onto my IS250 muffler? I.E just utilizing the bottom tip and keeping the top just to fill the extra space on top?

^You wouldn't have to weld anything. You just have to make sure the exhaust is lined up correctly with the collectors on the IS-F bumper, since the tips are integrated into the bumper and not physically connected to the exhaust.

Maybe from this pict you can see that on the F, the muffler is not physically attached to the tips.

so in our case, a single tubed cat exhaust on each side can be retrofitted for exhaust delivery through the quad stacks right? so an aftermarket exhaust could fit if the proper work is done.

Do the quadstack is-f exhaust tip come with the bumper from factory if I ordered it through a dealership? (The two that are not actually attached)

So to do this mod, you will spend at least $1000 with painting and everything. its a lot for just a rear bumper.

^Because it's not just the tips, it's the entire assembly (aluminum collector, exhaust tips, and honeycomb backing). If you're looking to do the swap, you might want to consider the LEMS IS-F exhaust tip replacement. You can get a "titanium" finish or black chrome finish:

you think the exhaust tips made by OEM lexus are cheaper if bought through direct parts request by a body shop, because i have a guy who does body wokr for my dealership and he told me he can get the bumper for 250, but i forgot to ask him about the tips
