Our team just started working on it this morning. Full matte black vinyl wrap on an IS350. Several things to note when it comes to wrapping a vehicle and choosing the company to perform such work:

1. warranty - product will not protect like clear bra would. Paint protection film is 8.5 mils thick whereas vinyl is only 2 mils. If any company tells you otherwise, they are not very familiar with either product
2. paint cuts - We at Premier publicly states that no paint cut would occur on the paint. Unfortunately, we have seen every single vinyl application that was not performed by us, indeed do have deep paint cuts from razor blades. So do be careful and ask what the warranty is against it.
3. vinyl would last about 3-5 yrs depending on road conditions and how the vinyl is maintained
4. the vinyl will chip up over time on the front end, so do expect to see wear and tear
5. it is removable and will not damage OEM paint.

I too was wondering about the cost. Also, how does it it over small rock chips? For example the small nicks usuall found on the lower front bumper?
