Default Smart Key covers, what are you using?

I wanted to get a new cover/case for my smart key fob or whatever.. Just curious on what everyone was doing.

I found these...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Lexus...#ht_1032wt_760

http://www.sewellpartsonline.com/par...id=86366&all=Y

What are your thoughts

I cover my key card (from the LS460) with my wallet. However, if I was using the regular key FOB, I wouldn't put a cover on it at all. I hate having anything in my side pockets, so I would want it as small as possible.

I use the standard one given from the dealer... I have yet to see something I really want.

I'm using the one that came with the car, but I took out the backing so you could see the Lexus logo on it.

I'm also using the one that came with the car, but I flipped the instruction card around so the Lexus logo on the back shows, rather than the diagram.

After 3 years and 8 months in the harsh environment of my pocket, the case is in pretty bad condition. Very frayed at the edges, and the piece of leather between the lock/unlock buttons and trunk/panic buttons is torn.

Mine goes naked. And after 2 years and 3 months, it looks pretty much the same as new.

What are your thoughts

I'd go with the rubber "Jacket" if I had to choose one of these 3. The other 2--might as well use the one they gave you.

My thoughts, no cover is necessary. I tried the leather one that lexus included and thought it looked horrible!

Maybe if www.vajacases.com made a cover for my smart key I'd consider it...

Haven't used one and probably don't intend to use one in the near future. Keys are always in my pocket so I like to keep it as simple as possible.

But I would have to say that the key card from the LS is very nice. Something that I might consider in the future.
