Ok...here's some pics:

How I sit when I drive

Side shot of leg. Looks like I'm on the hump, but I'm not.

You can see me missing the hump with this shot.

Another shot looking down.

Does anyone notice if you hold the steering wheel straight infront of you, you are not technically in the middle of the seat, some times i shift a bit to get in the middle of my seat and it feels better, then it gets weird cuz I will be offset to the right of the wheel a bit.

Can this be a possible lawsuit?

Yes! Same here... For some dam reason, I cannot sit in the middle of the seat. I feel like I'm always off to the right of the seat.

The irony here is I initially chose the IS over the G37x b/c of the IS' better seats and comfort. Hogwash.

You have no idea.

Beyond the aggressive aesthetics of the IS250 AWD, the entire driver's ergonomics sucks.

The sad thing is, it took 4 weeks for me to discover. It's not something so apparent, but one that eventually pokes it's ugly head out.

On what grounds? I'm going to read the lemon law guide to see if there is anything, but since there's nothing mechanically wrong with the car, I may at loss here.

The dealership will only do a trade in, with a complementary loss of value and $$.

Frankly, I wouldn't mind getting a complete refund of my car at this point.

Update:

I tried adjusting my seat up, down, forward, back, incline/decline... no avail. My right leg and hip are still sore. Now, I am getting tinglings in my right leg/hip. So as of now, I pretty much cannot drive the car without suffering from severe discomfort.

So I got a hold of the sales manager at the dealership, and he "promised" to call me back in 1-2 days to see there's anything structural they can do with the "hump." He suggested me getting a RWD car; I told no, as I bought the AWD specifically for the winter.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and allow him to call me back. If he does not, I'll call corporate and see if they can do anything.

So far, my Lexus experience stinks. Pay $40k for a car and only to have it sit in the garage

I had a similar issue but only on long drives (12+ hours). I adjusted the front of the seat very high to provide more support under my right thigh. The pain stopped.

How tall are you? Do you have long legs? (Yes, it's a serious question)

I have incidentally adjusted the front of the seat to the highest position. Heel doesn't hurt as much now, but is still sore, and now my calf, hamstring, and hip tingles and radiates.
