Default Road Noise afer 3x recall & cam gear fix

I recently brought in my '06 IS350 for 3x recall & startup noise fix (cam gear).

Car now has a hum the is present at all speeds. Even when you're just costing it's there, almost as if something is causing a drag. The car had a great sound to it prior to these "fixes" and now the hum...

Dealer attributes noise to re-alignment, I don't agree. Any similar experiences or ideas. Am going in for round three and could use some help with additional data points.

Maybe the tires are causing the noise.

I recently also completed the 3 recalls and the startup grind fix and did not hear any different or abnormal noises after the work was completed.

I would insist the dealer inspect more intensively.
