Default How much should I offer for this IS350?

So I've been keeping my eye's open for a IS 350 lexus that meets my exact specifications (IS350, Black, Tan leather, nav, Sport Package) and I found this one on craigs list. Problem is I don't want to spend more than $26k and the dealer listed it at $27.5k. Do you think $26k is too much of a lowball for this car? I noticed they just dropped the price from around $28.9k

2006 Lexus IS 350 (Black)
Navigation (non mark lev)
25,100 miles
Sport Package
Tan leather

Why dont' you just offer them 26k, and tell them you pick it up today. If not, ask them if they want to meet you half way between 26k & 27.5K

More people picking up new car, so they probably have hard time selling used.

The dealer never expects anybody to pay close to the advertised price. In the example given, $26K is not lowball.

I'd say no more than 24.5-25k since trade in is valued at around 24.1k and most likely they paid below trade in.

Carrwash13,

I don't thing that IS350 has the sports package. It doesn't have the sports pedal and it has wood trim interior.
