If I run 19s with normal offset will my wheel tuck or do I need to buy a camber kit cuz I want it really tucked
I'd say if you go with a 245 or 255 rear tire you'll have natural camber as you dump the air so they'll tuck. The good thing is that you'll have air and you don't have to slam it if you do get a bit of rub till you get the rear arms. I'd roll the rear quarter panels though.

I wanna go 225 and 235. I like that small tire look. Hmmm more to think of but thanks Sffd!
Whats the point of the air cups by flush stance if they only go up 1 inch?
Coils are more performance driven as they provide a more consistent in response. Obviously on an IS250/350 this isn't a super concern as the cars really aren't built to be super handlers. Anyhow the 1" adjustment is just enough for ppl who prefer coilovers and there ride to be able to slightly adjust there ride height to get over speed bumps or up awkward inclines. Also the 1" ride height doesn't look horribly drastic so instead of having to aircup substantially it always looks good. So best of both worlds kinda thing. If anyone prefers more height adjustablity
