Default 19" Wheels Off-Set

How to determine width , Off-set and Tired size of 19" Forged Wheels for your car? Could you suggest me?

My car is IS250 RWD in White Pearl. The stock wheels are 17"x8.0" and tired size are 225/45/R17 in front and 245/45/R17 in Rear. Replacement the OEM suspension with F-Sport Suspension but using with OEM Spring.

Now, I'm current interest in 2 models of wheels.
1. Work VS-XX 19"
2. Volk Racing SF-Winning 19"

I need some recommendation for the Off-set and width that suitable for my car. Which wheel's color is better between Gold and Black?

No drop sir. Bangkok street were not good condition as US. My previous car was drop and always crack.

What is Offset mean? And how about width? My friend suggest me to use 19"x8.8" in front with 225/35/R19 and 19"x9.5 in rear with 255/35/R19. So, will they work with car that didn't drop?
