some one who's got their engine rattle fixed, can you please post more details? such as what they did and if there's a actual TSB for it. I have the same issue, my dealer just ordered a bunch of mounts for it, engine mount, transmission mount....i'm gettting it done next week, i'll let you know what come out of it.

 

There is a TSIB and a thread on this. Closing this thread now because it is wandering off the original question. Your service department is staffed by less than stellar techs if they think there is an issue with your mounts causing the start up noise.
