Bluetooth phone question...

Basically I can't hear them!

THey can hear me with a little echo but I can't hear anything from them.

WHY

mute is off. volume on the screen is all the way up....

also my navigation it only say 2 words then cuts off... example "left tur..." then cuts out.

Are you out of warranty? If not, this sounds like a job for the dealer.
