Default Happy New Wheels! Got my G-spiders -a photo story(BIG images)

I recieved my G-spiders from Sewell Lexus Tuesday night! I decided to start off the new year with a new set of wheels installed. I went to PBC automotive in Chantilly. They used to be a Miata Tuning shop.

$32 per wheel, with TMPS. After watching the difficulty getting the tires installed, I realized that I wasnt being over charged. It took about 2 hours. The guys that work there seemed like good people.

Here is a pic of my car before, my original stock 18s wheels were sold =)

Can I tell you that our trunk is useless. I couldnt even fit two wheels(20x20x10 boxes) in there.

Picture of my new wheel at PBC automotive. pretty cool that they have a made on date

My car at dusk. The nightshots were taking with my Sony alpha A300 without a flash. Its Freezing outside at about 20 degrees with 20MPH windgusts! Thank goodness for Super Steady Shot. I got rid of most of the Stagger in the wheels. 235/40/18 Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season in front and 245/40/18 in the back. Overall, I like the new set up a lot!

I used all of my reward points from my lexus pursuits visa. So the wheels didnt cost me anything! (except for installation)

I'm curious how much did you pay? IMO for the price of those you could've got a nice set of used wheels.

tqall3k, do you experiment any problem with the new tires size up front? I'm thinking changing my front tires to 235/40/18 for my IS250 when I needed new set of tires. Thanks!!!!

IMO, Lexus OE or bust. A lot of times people buy aftermarket wheels thats are nice.... but end up making the car look cheap.

Unless you are willing to spend big money to get the right combo, I doubt you will find something as nice looking as the Lexus G-spider or ISP wheels.
