No, we have not experienced flickering on the 2IS. We did get a flicker in another vehicle and just added a resistor to even it out.

I seriously doubt you're gonna find ANY led that's gonna light up the road. what's the CL discount on this?

I just order a pair and have 2nd day UPS delivery. So OP, please have them to me by Saturday.
I think this a cool alternative for the unattractive DRL. Most of us hardly use the High Beam, so i guess it's not a big deal if it's not lit up the road. BTW, LED lighting for automotive is not for away ( i mean not just for high end luxury cars). Right now, most LED landing lights for aircraft is around $2k-3k a pop. If automotive companies start to adopt this new technology, it will go down in price soon. LED chips are getting brighter and brighter everyday. So dont speak too soon hehehehe.

What are the warranty on the bulbs? Do you know how long the LEDs will last compared to the halogen DRLs? Any discount for CL group buy?

The Matrix effect is what makes these look cool IMO. Otherwise just go with HID, we have discounts for CL members on HIDs as well

These are literally the brightest LEDs we can get our hands on. Its a "3 Chip" LED which will def hav you seeing spots if you look right at it but as far as putting good light on the road, these just are not ideal.

I figured we could get 10 people on board and give a $10 discount. For you guys that already ordered dont get mad, we will add a $10 credit towards any future purchase.

just FYI..

a guy who does serious mods to evo/sti/supra/etc... told me that the flicker is a good thing, it means they are running at the proper voltage and wont damage anything. He said there are other bulbs that are this type which look better due to no flicker, but he had 5 people burn their wires because the bulb was pumping more than it should, and that the flicker actually shows you that even though the bulb is not oem it is only taking the power that the OEM was designed to take..

i have the VLED

they look so sick when driving down the road, first off they do have HIGH BEAM and it blends in perfect with the 8000k HID i have... most people dont notice the flickering, because its hard to tell unless you use a camera or do like look, look away, look, look away... its hard to spot it, but the peeps that do always ask me what they are, and not in a negative way, everyone wants to know where i got em..

havent had a single problem with em, though these new ones look like they match 8000k more, i dont know these cost me like 30 bucks i think..maybe less... i dont think anything above 40 is worth it, and adding shipping really ruins the value.
