Just wondering if a 5mm spacer will clear the IS350 brakes? I see that both IS350 and ISF front wheels are 8"wide w 45 offset. So it should be very similar in fitment, no? Thanks in advance!

Went ahead and did this today. All that's needed for the front are 5mm spacers. However the rears do look very sunken without any spacers as opposed to the fronts. I test fitted the rear with two of my 5mm spacers together and the car looks very proper so a 10mm rear spacer would fix the sunken look.

Just got mine on yest, im hearing some rub but I have the OEM 225/40/19 fronts so when these wear out ill go down to the 35/19. How are you guys reshaping the plastics? Take the wheel off and use a heat gun? (could i use a blow dryer?) What is shaving? Sorry for the noob questions ive just never dealt with it before.
Thanks!
Thanks!

From what I understand they do NOT fit on an IS350. The front caliper does not clear the wheels. They will fit an IS250.

No, they're just shaped differently, and sit further out from the center of the hub. Due to the shape of the spokes on the wheels, they hit the caliper closest to the hat of the rotor. It's because the IS350 brakes are smaller that the wheels hit, not because they are larger.
I had the same issue putting Venza 20" wheels onto a Camry which can fit 16", lol. Needed 3-5mm spacers to clear it.
It is also an issue with the JZA80 Supra brakes, even though it comes with 17" wheels, a lot of aftermarket 17's and even 18's or 19's hit the caliper due to how wide it is/its shape.
