I had a terrible time with the attachments from my phone app.
So what you're seeing is actually where my tire rubbed through my fender lining on each wheel well, and the piece of extra steel that it is rubbing on above the fender liner. Im not having problems with the UCA just yet. I am in the market for Megan though sometime here soon.
Here is a pic from before I ground and pounded it down.

Also to add on to my question. Which front and rear "arms," am I needing (in regards to making the wheels fit/getting the most out of my tires)?
-Megan Racing Rear Adjustable Traction Arm Lexus IS250 IS350 06-12
-Megan Racing Rear Adjustable Upper Arms Lexus IS250 IS350 06-12
-Megan Racing Rear Camber Kit Lexus IS250 IS350 06-12
-Megan Racing Rear Toe Control Arms Lexus IS250 IS350 06-12
basically, will I need the rear "camber arms" or rear "camber kit"

Trying to decide between 19x9.5 +22 and 19x9.5 +30 for the fronts that I plan on running a 225/35 tire on. I know with either I will have to roll the fenders and relocate the tab, but would the +30's be any easier to fit (also be less prone to scrape/rub) than the +22's? I plan on being a little lower than "no finger gap" on the front. If it is easier to fit will the +30's still look aggressive/flush? If its not much more difficult I may just go with the +22's.
For the rears I'm going to roll with 19x10 +25's, should I go with 245/35's or 245/30's? Someone else also suggested 235/35 or 235/30 to match the stretch of the fronts, any other opinions on this? Will also be rolling the rears and getting a Megan camber kit for the rear.
Thanks to all of the members that have been helping me out, pulling the trigger on this soon.

I also have Megan rear camber arms and I feel like I wastedmy money because I haven' adjusted them because I am not that aggressive in the rear.

I have 19x9.5 +21 225/35/19 and 19x10 +27 235/35/19 on mine....while yes I am on air, my ride height is close to what you are describing. I ride at full stiff like this and don't have any problems with my bumper tabs but any lower than this I hit them on large bumps. Once I relocate my front and rear tabs I'll be riding lower I'm sure lol.

I used the rear Megan camber arms on mine to correct the camber, not add more negative camber. If you like the negative camber, you can probably get away without using camber arms in the rear.

Can anyone suggest some brands that they've either had good/bad expierances with in terms of stretching? In my previous car I used Federal 595's, although they did provide stretch; my suggestion would be to size down as they run a little "fat." SubieChik mentioned General G Max tires, which I will definitely be looking into.
