Hmm, not exactly. Yes, the dealer used holes for sure, but I think the holes are located at the side of the trunk lid (where the "L" logo is), whereas the IS-F spoiler requires holes on the top. I'm afraid you will need to fill the factory holes and paint the lid if you want to swap.

this is a good thread for pocky..ahem if he ever puts his is-f spoiler on! 
lord only knows why lexus had to put 7 studs on this 1 pound spoiler..what a pain it was filling those holes in and getting my trunk repainted..
anyhoooo it looks great on your 350, congrats!

careful not to melt your paint off. Leave a lot of room between the gun and the area and its should be a slow and steady process. I would even try a blow dryer first to see if this provides the desired result. Once you feel it loosen, try some fishing line and run it underneath the spoiler. It takes some patience, but you don't want to do any damage to the car so tread lightly
