Black chrome wheels? If you see black chrome rims or chrome rims on any factory wheel for that matter, it's an aftermarket item that the dealer adds to the car.

heh you should see my cousin's car...he has my IS-F rims on his 08 IS250 RWD Smoky Granite Mica...with F-Sport Springs, F-Sport Intake, Full GFX Kit, OEM Trunk Spoiler, and 6k HID's and 3k HID Fogs...he's just too lazy to take pics...so I will hopefully take pictures of his car soon...and he is just "borrowing" my rims for now...hahahaha

The cheapest I've seen them at was in fleabay, somebody was selling them for around $3500 with tires. It was almost brand new with very very low mileage. Other than that, prepare for $6k or more.
