Yup, It does seem like that. I guess you have to go to more meets
The same goes for the norcal crew they're really a tight knit group and have their inside jokes but there all nice people and welcomes everyone into their "club"

Car looks dope, props for originality with the exposed CF. Maybe you could do something similar with the seibon hood/trunk to finish off the look.

Nah i think hes cool.. Whats done is done as long as he isnt violating copyright/trademark laws by remaking it for distribution then i think its okay.
