Tom's Toms Gt Shifter ?????

I was surfing on ebay, then I saw these from tom's, anyone know what they do? they are called TOM'S TOMS GT SHIFTER.

i have no clue..
maybe it changes the direction of the shift ?

i'm curious to know what it does..

Its just a kit that changes the direction of the + and - shift. Save your money and do it yourself. Here
