i got the dunlops with 13k on my car i think they will barely last the winter. these dunlops are the worst POS tire i have even had on a car. a lot of understeer, wet traction sucks with them. doing 15mph in my car and the nose just shoved going through a corner and i was not on the gas and the pavement was barely wet. this has also happened to my dad in his GS with the same tires overall i hate them. once springs hits, rims and summer tires will be going on and the stocks will be used as winter rims with a high performance all season tire.
i've rann conti's, generals, and kumho's and bridgestones on my previous cars. they wore better, less road noise then the dunlops and a lot better road feedback. to make it better these dunlops are rated the worst on tire rack.

My Contis extreme contacts have the treadwear rating of 400 but they wear like tires with 160 rating. I drive easy and with 10K they're over half gone.
I complained to the tire vendors and they agreed: they stopped recommending them to their customers because Contis would not honor the warranty.
I'm looking around to see if there is a class-action lawsuit to join.
I Would never buy any tires from Continental again!

I'm now at just under 38k miles on my IS350 and still on my original dunlops. I'll definatly be replacing them soon. The tread on the inside and outside edges are almost bald but the center still has a millimeter or two before reaching the tread indicator.

I changed my fronts at around 25k. Forget exactly when, but it was due to excessive wear on the outside edges.
but im at 38k now and have not changed my rears yet. But will do so in the next month or so. They are just at the wear bars now.
Oh, IS350 with dunlops.

Call it what you will... I call it thinking you're driving a much higher performance car than you really are

I do not think that is the case at all. Some of us have "real" performance cars.
I would drive in a psirited fashion regardless of the car, others too. Others not, but there is no reason for the atitude to those of us who do.
