The best performance thing you can do is JoeZ intake or F-sport intake and a exhaust.
Tanabe for quite yet sporty
Greedy for sporty sound and aggressive
JoeZ exhaust: suppose to be a good mix of both Greedy and Tanabe
HKS hi-powered for loud
*on the 2IS, dont look for any HP adding mods because the max your looking to get is like 10-15. Headers are a 100% void warranty item.

I think everyone is forgetting that he doesn't want something that voids the warranty...
Performance oriented mods always give your dealer excuses for not honoring your warranty. I would get a new set of wheels plus some suspension mods such as Tein or Tanabe coilovers, and F-Sport sway bars. If you really want to get an intake, definitely go with F-Sport so you can keep your warranty.

Spend the money on how you can improve handling and not so much on speed/power ...good luck on your project.

Oh and by the way... there are ZERO mods out there that will give you the performance gains you are looking for without voiding your warranty.

With an attitude like this your car might end up looking like this (a 17 year old thought he was hot ***** and decided to have some fun in his IS...):

even with all of the $3k invested in the performance department, a modest 10% increase in power is probably your best expectation... and by then those mods will void your factory warranty.
btw, a sense of humor will help you go a long way here, but an attitude won't. /OT.
