1. lowering springs
2. intake + exhaust
3. gfx kit
4. clear-bra
5. HID kit (if you don't have HID)
6. red-outs
that's probably about as much as you can do w/ $3k, maybe a little bit more. however, that's to customize your 2is. don't expect is350-level power w/ an intake/exhaust setup...

thank you! ok... do u know if this stuff is available in canada? i'm kinda hopeing it is lol. hey if it goes over 3G i dont care. i can dish out 4G if need be. this is just a quick upgrade i am doing for now. i eventualy wanna cram 6-8G worth of stuff in for the big pimpin effect i dont expect IS350 performance but will intake + exhaust gimme a good power increase? i'm sorry this is all about how my friend's VW eos can beat me in a race with its 260HP. my ***** decreased in mass dramatically after i found that it was his mom's car i believe that a full recovery will be achieved by pimping my ride and getting a total of around 230HP in if its doable lol.

F-sport intake/exhaust/springs/chassis brace. That will improve handling and the sound.
Looks, I'd go GFX kit, black pearl badges, spoiler.
You can buy the whole shebang from Sewell and use the leftover for dinners at Senses/Susur. Or hookers and high alcohol content Canadian beer. You could also give it to my friend in Markham, she could use the cash =)

err hate to burst your bubble but... you have a is250, give up on the 'go' and just concentrate on the 'show'... get coils OR springs and an exhaust, you dont have enough after that for 'decent' rims and you can just forget about knockoffs Being in Ohio is it safe to assume you have a awd?
I would go for the Intake, exhaust, body kit, rims!!! Rims will have the most visual effect and show people that its not stock. AND if you get rims you should get a drop, I recommend Coilovers

3000 dollars for MODS?? Must be nice to be a kid these days.
My first car was less than 3K. And I was give 0 dollars for mods on my Lincoln Continental.
Either way, I dont think mods will result in a noticible power gain. Just get an intake and exhaust. Spend the rest on some nice wheels and tint.
