Default New Wheels Long Wait

I just put an order in with D2AUTOSPORT for a new set of wheels. I know that many people have these wheels but they look so good I couldn't resist. Now I have to wait 10 weeks for them but it will give me time to save up for some tires now

As for lowering springs what do you guys recommend? I am leaning towards the F-sport springs or EiBachs.

Wheel size
19x8.5 Front
19x10 Rear

Id get TeinS springs so the front sits lower than the rear & gives it a more aggressive look. Fsport is 1 all around & eibach is less than fsport.

Actually still trying to decide on my tires and also my springs to determine the offsets. I heard 35mm is standard offset but not I am not sure.

I am thinking for tires
235/35/19 front
275/35/19 rear

What do you think?

perfect rims and tire size i have the same tire size (PS2's) and the same rims...well soon to be another member on here so I can only take credit for a while. there should be a thread coming soon...that will have my car in it watch for it and it will give you a visual of what your car will look like. I am lowered on TeinS springs.

Passnu2 I have seen your thread and that is what inspired me to get the rims and also the picture in your signature . How many inches does TeinSS drop? Did you experience any rubbing?

I have about the same wheel size. Wondering if 235 and 265 will fit it without rubbing and fender modification. I will be lowered on tein cs maybe set to the lowest.

drop is 1.2 rear and 1.6 front...you can spend more and go with coils but I am very happy with the ride/feel/and how my car handles especially for the $$$. I did roll my rear fenders as I had slight rub over large dips. IMO that tire set up is perfect for performance and a little extra protection for those rims I will have some new photos once my chief editor Vikdiddy is done with my *** pics and will post a ton of new pics later today or tomorrow so you can see more angles and also the rear CF Fabs are off since they sold to another member so slight changes already to my car.

PM me if I can help out!

I don't think I want to roll my rear fender or shave it. How do you think the F-Sport lowering springs will look with the 1inch drop with these wheels? Certainly better than stock I hope.

You should be fine then with the F-Sport and IMO it will look great. PM member Vikdiddy as he as the springs and shocks and I was very impressed with driving his car yesterday. The only thing I can tell you is get a good set of tires. Vik is on his OEM rims/tires. not that they are that bad but I could get his rear loose taking off in turns where I am unable to do that in my car. The PS2's really stick to the road! I am sure there are less expensive tires that will do a good job also! I really liked the PS2's and will probably put them on my next daily driver. Eibach I have heard the drop is not consistent from others with different brands of cars in the past. I have stayed clear of them ever since.

If you dont want to roll or shave the fender then I say give the F-Sport a try.
