Need 12V for my remote turn on, where can i tap?

ok guys so i went stuck the remote into the fuse box (on the ACC fuse). how do i find out what side of the fuse is opposite of the connection to the battery? i just want to be extra safe here.

tap it from the stock amplifier. just make sure it does not have significant draw..

ok, so you need a 12V switched to trigger the internal relay in your amp. This should be an insignificant draw.

Please see PDF, page 3. Look for ORANGE wire, Pin 12. Use a light tester to confirm.

it doesnt matter which side. all you gotta do is stick the wire in there (can be a tiny bit tricky, but you can do it), and push the fuse right back in. thats it. easy as 1, 2, 3.

So, I'm trying to do the same intall. I have one question for you guys. Hopefully you guys can help me out.

what's teh difference btw the 12v remote turn on wire and the power wire to the installed amp? I always thought a 12v current will burn the amp if it's connect to the remote turn on slot. isn't 12v only reserved for the actual power from the battery to the amp? please correct me if i'm wrong.

oh btw, how were u guys able to secure the box to teh trunk so that it doesn't move when you guys floor the car?
