need help on nextmod kit!!!! WHAT TO DO???
Hi, I order the nextmod ING's kit, they came in this morning. I was in a hurry to work, therefor I didn't open the package to look for cracks or damages. after I got home, I was so happy to open the package. BAD NEWS, the front lip have an 3" crack long. I have contact the shipping company & Nextmod, now I'm just waitting for their reply. Mean while, what else can I do? will they replace the front lip? or they will think that I damage that front lip and not going to replace it for me. WHAT DO I DO NOW??????? SO SAD

Thats an easy fix. Either settle for some money back or get a new replacement IMO. Any body shop can fix that easily, some fiberglass or bondo will cover that up nicely and you would have never known it was cracked before.
Depending on the company who shipped it, I doubt they will play the blame game. I would hope they are more professional then that.

THX SOOOOOOO much guys, atleast the worest it can happen now is spending a little bit (hope not alot $$$) for the repair. I feel alot better now after reading you guys post said "Is repairable by any bodyshop".
atleast I can sleep 2night, or else I would be still pretty down for the night.
Yes, I was the 1 who sign the package. (didn't do the inspection, cuse I was heading out to work, then the package just arrvied in front of my house. I was going to do inspection, that guy said I can call them if something goes wrong, so I just sign and leave to work)
This is my 1st time ordering online and having it shipped to my house, and this happen. BAD experience!!!!!!!

They have to prep it for painting anyway. Looks like it had its fair share through shipping. Peter is a good guy and I am sure he will help you out. Besides Peter will have to submit the claim as he is the shipper not you so best to go through nextmod and have them take care of it for you

I would just settle for some money to fix the item, I hate waiting to ship it back to them and then they ship a new one and yada yada. Takes forever and sometimes the seller will not provide you a return label which means out of pocket expense.

the shipping company reply back, they will come for an inspection with next 48hours, and tell me to do the claim online. just finish doing the online claim.
now just waitting for them to come, and goes on from there.
