Do the 250, 250 AWD, and 350 all use the same automatic transmission?

wow, now that seems odd, i cant imagine why they would do that. seems like a lot of parts to carry for 3 models of the same car.

Different power = different gear ratio = different application = different tranny.

Maybe some different programing, but overall, it's the same piece AFAIK.

^Correct. Transmissions are unique across the different models, as is the gearing.
