Did you look at this other thread? https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=356745

Seems like if you unlock the car and only open a rear door, the car will lock itself in 30 seconds. If this is true, then you can put the physical key into your wetsuit, lock the car, unlock the car and open the back door to throw the remote under the driver's seat. The car will stay locked and you can still get in with the mechanical key.

if you want to lock the sensor in your car, take the key from the sensor. Put your sensor in the car. Close all your doors. That little triangular shape cap at the end of your door handle pluck it off with your key. There is a hole for your key. Stick the key in and lock your doors. Works for me. Only way back in your car is with the key the sensor or your spear sensor will not open it.

My IS-F doesn't do anything in link above. (open back door...)

By the way, IS-F has protection of leaving key in trunk. It doesn't look. There is additional sensor near spare tire..
