spray paint ..the base paint 212 then clear coat....

u guys suggest paint or will spray paint be good enough.....

any input will be appreciated...

You're driving a Lexus, not a civic. Pay the extra and paint it professionally. If they mess up they will redo it. If you mess up, you'll mess up again.

Pay a professional. It's not that much money. I've seen some parts painted with that stuff and for small stuff, it's not bad. But for larger stuff, it's never quite even. If you're dropping that kind of money on a front lip, paying a shop ~$150 to paint it isn't too bad.

Spray painting it spray cans will not match the shine and look of a real paint job. It will look horrible, I guarantee it.

If your in the Valley, I might be bale to help you out and refer you to a Lexus Specialist.

If you want to do it for the sake of doing it yourself and being unique or something, then go right ahead. If you think it'll save you money then I think you need to reconsider the fact that you have a nice car, and are getting a pretty nice lip so 100 dollars extra for an exact match shouldn't be a big deal.

I just read the post, and I say that you should bring it to a shop. I just got my full INGS rep kit done at Seven Apple in Santa Fe Springs. My friend had his 350Z done there and after looking at the quality of the work on his Z, I took my car/kit there. Awesome work PM me for more info.

I'll get pics up tomorrow, I just finished washing my car and the sun is down. I hate washing the car when it's hot. Freakin water spots

Rattle can jobs typically turn out like POO.
If your going to do it yourself you need the right equipment, an air compressor and a decent spray gun. After the cost of materials (sealer, primer, paint, reducer, harderner, clear coat, reducer, harderner) and the equipment to spray it, you might as well pay a shop to do it.
I spray my own stuff, because I have my own equipment and access to a booth, though I have done entire cars in my garage with good results.

Agree with most of the other posters, just pay some one else to do it.
