If you are adamant of doing it yourself, then go to a paint shop that will make you a can of paint in your color and can of clear coat too, they run 15-20 bucks each but well worth it. I painted a rear type r spoiler and front lip on my jdm front end integra and it turned out really well. 90% of the job is prep work. Also, I painted my stuff in my garage with an exhaust fan blowing out the overspray. After a few days i wet sanded the parts and polished em up. Looked factory painted too.
