It's a nice car imo but it doesn't looks it's price honestly. If I wanted FWD in that range I would just get a Honda Accord. I would spend a bit more to get a ISx50. It just feels much better inside I dunno why.

Default TSX Part II- latest review

Didn't expect so many comments/views on TSX vs ISX50, so here's Edmunds' review:

Agreed. The only four-cylinder sedan remaining in the Japanese luxury market would benefit from a V6. That being said, the 2009 TSX's 0 to 60 time is still superior to that of the IS 250 all-wheel and rear-wheel drive, including manual.

haha...I like how the article says:

"Bottom Line: A more relaxed and sophisticated commuter device than the original TSX, but it no longer makes the cut as a driver's car."

Anyone feeling some love for the new TSX? I'm sure there are some, personally (if I didn't go with any IS) I'd go with an 08 Accord V-6 (which I drove and it handles) if I went Honda and save the $$$ over the TSX.

Thoughts?
Acura needs to stop making this car--- it brings the label down...its like a Super Civic or a Lame azz Accord.

The line should start with the TL and then they need to stick another one in the line up...between the TL and RL

my opinion

They wouldn't have enough cars to compete without the TSX. The TL is probably going to start between 35 and 38 with the next gen so Acura doesn't have anything between 30 and 35. Also, without the TSX they only have the TL, RL, RDX, MDX. Not much of a lineup there...

styling aside, not sure y there's no luv for the abundance of extra options u get from a 30k tsx vs a 30k IS250...

RL is already a slow seller, 6000 a year... doubt they want anything more to steal away at those sales.

Overall, I like the interior of the TSX but since having the Lexus, I can't think about getting a car that doesn't have a touchscreen. I like Acura and I definitely like infiniti but the lack of touchscreen nav is always a turn off. That may sound cocky and conceited but manual entry with those ***** and arrows is just a pet peeve of mine after owning a Lexus.

I got tired of front wheel drive (acura integra) so I bought a is350 to go along with my mr2 turbo. Toyota for life I guess.

the is250 is a turd. I'd take a camry, accord, or altima any day of the week over the 250.

touchscreen on the map? or just touch screen in general? cuz the prev-gen tsx does have touchscreen, but not to point at places on the map. the tsx nav screen doesn't have the sharpest resolution, compared to those on the lexus and infiniti.. and the buttons on the touchscreen don't always give the correct button when pressed.

If money is an option, I'd definitely say IS350, but I really like the new TSX. Its an awesome looking car, and it has a K-Series!
