Can you post some pics? Sounds like the sun is bleaching the dye. This use to happen with older window tint. It would tunr purple after a couple of years in very hot sunn areas like AZ. I would hope this would be covered under bumper to bumper.

What color did the interior leather start out with? I assume black right?
If you could get a picture that showed the contrast between the purple leather and not purple leather in the same shot that would be great. The color balance might not come out right with the camera picture.
I'm not a big fan of purple leather.

Since I decided on black interior, I had my windows tinted ASAP after I bought my car. For areas up front that aren't covered by tint, I recommend a sun shade/visor for the dash (Sewell has custom ones for the IS).
Sorry to hear you're interior is fading to purple.

I would take it to the dealer to have it looked at. They can put die or warranty it out if its that bad. This should not be an issue on a 2 year old car if its even that old??
I just whip my car with a wet rag. I have found that this seems to work better and I dont have the issues I once did in the past. I dont see the leather cracking or any of the other issues I read about on here. I do think that some of these cleaners are worse for any car then better in the long run.
Good luck with it and post us back to what they tell you or if you find any solutions!

I would definitely take it to the dealer and get this taken care of under warranty. I've had many black leather interiors over the years (on Nissans, Toyotas, and Hondas), and not one of them ever changed color! Maybe it's the dye that Lexus's leather supplier is using that is allowing for the color to change to purple?

Maybe your tint is what did it. Was it a cheap tint job? If so maybe it lets a certain wavelength of light in and kind of light discolored your leather??? Just a guess. Just think if you didn't tint it at all your leather might be normal. heheh
