Yeah they can definitely refuse to do the service bulletins, but I mean that just makes their dealership look bad. Do it as a goodwill favor and customers will come back to you. Tustin LEXUS didn't ask one question when I told them I was there to get the less dusty brake pads done. Plus, I noticed that the tech still made about 3.5 hrs on the job because he removed the rotors and resurfaced them..so they don't exactly lose out on doing this service bulletin like they would for some other ones.

No squeaks/creaks at all, even after the ML bass has been pumping and the rear-view mirror has been bouncing all the while. My 2008 is awesome so far (after turning off the beeps myself).

I'm going to get the front brakes and AUX mods done.

My 04 Camry stock system was nice for a stock system, but it wasn't the JBL sound system...When i use to turn it up I'd hafta to turn down the bass so the speakers didn't sound all distorted.

you got all the lexus gurus come out and answer your question lol.. love this site
Hey, gotta do it right. Thanx Guys! Just like my first home actually, TOYOTANATION.COM!

Some of us with the MT have had issues with first and second gears 'sticking'. The stick gets caught up occasionally. Need a TSIB or recall for that one hopefully.

Wow, they billed Lexus for 3.5 hours with resurfacing for changing the front pads (LOL)?

Well I have a rattle in my dash, the popping noise in the dash, my sunroof closes 3/4 then returns to the open position, my back window rattles, had the dusty pads replaced, my passenger door speaker rattles and I have a clunking noise that only happens the first few minutes of driving that seems to come from the right rear side. All of these of course are fixable at the dealer but havent had time to get them done. So no major problems like engine or suspension issues.

You should send a PM to SC Hybrid. He's the expert here on IS250 problems and its overpricing. I learn a lot from his posts.

This has been fixed by dealers and a couple of CL members have posted the cause. I cannot remember if it was a retainer clip or the seat bealt sliding mechanism. I am sure it is in the Lexus Service Intranet. I think they will be able to fix this issue for you.

i've read that it's been fixed, but not specifically what has been done. i took my car in on monday, and they 'insulated' it was still there, sounding slightly different the next day. $371 under warranty. i think i'm gonna have to remove some paneling myself,,,,

Amen to that, brother.

LMAO but oh, so true. Sometimes, I get frustrated at the scarcity of tuner parts for my is-slow fifty.
