Default Flat tire due to a screw + broken wind deflector + car wash =

Free.

I went into Lexus of Seattle today to have my tire pressure checked because the warning came on. I also mentioned that the tire's wind deflector(more on that in the other thread) had broken its tabs off and was hanging. They took my key, and I went into the waiting room.

I had two muffins, a Sprite, and I used their Internet for about an hour.

They called me back, told me there was a screw in the rear tire, so they took it out, patched it up and filled all the tires. They also fixed the wind deflector and installed new clips. Then the car was given a nice wash.

I looked at the bill, and it said $0.00. Yep. They did it all for free. They didn't even mention anything... just said "Alright, have a good day!"

Awesome service. I hope there are more Lexus dealerships out there that treat their customers like that.

Yeah, Lexus of Seattle has an espresso bar, a big flat screen tv, a cabinet full of DVD's to choose from, leather chairs, fresh baked cookies out of the oven, candy, fruit... even a Nintendo Game Cube, lol. I never use much of that stuff, though. I usually just grab a snack, a soda and use the Internet.

Damn, here all the dealerships are like Toyota dealerships. Prestige Lexus is like the express lane version of Prestige Toyota which is right next door. Guess who has better service? Prestige Toyota?!!!!!

That is great to hear! I had a great last experience with my Lexus dealer where I went to have the 2nd set of TPMS programmed to the car for the summer rims. They did it for free and checked out the car. They where very nice and had me out of there in 1o minutes!!

My lexus dealership has a full bar and tons of seating as well. I don't know about the massage chairs but I'll have to check that out next time. I just got my IS so I haven't had any service done to it yet...

yea i'm gonna have to move to seattle son.

the best dealership around north jersey is lexus of englewood but the porter boys eff with your car like they stole it and the salesmen (service managers) try to force feed what you need and what you don't need into your mouth like you don't know what you're talking about. plus their waiting room is about the size of my room. 100 cubic feet of nothingness.

Edit- I hear bad thing about tri county lexus in little falls and Ramsey. I feel bad for you Zinda

I'd be at that dealer every day for the booze (LOL)!!! My dealer looks like a Manhatten Motel (Lexus of Orland). It cost 22 million to build I was told and has wi-fi, Oits Spunkmeyer cookies and cute recptionsists. McGrath Lexus of Westmont has a Koi fish pond upon entering. They also have Famous Amos cookies in service, shoe shines and massages on select days.

BUT NO BAR!!!!
