Yes.. it works just like stock....
Haha sorry... I took your post as negative way.... since alot of people think it's just changing the light bulb..
I personally saw how much work was involved... I've seen other cars with LED conversion job, but not as complicated as the IS... never thought that needle had it's own LED....
I hope I'm the first one with all the LED conversion done on the IS Gen2 interior....
I just hate the green color.....

No problem, my initial post was not devised in an effort to discredit your labor and man hours. Replacing these LEDS an be a pain. Taking the dash apart is not always that simple when you take into account being careful not to scratch or indent the dash. The Camry is much easier than the 2gen IS to replace. Plus, the 2gen has many more LEDS. Your light saber electroluminescent gauges look spectacular, and I really would have not thought to do that mod. I believe you are the first on CL to accomplish this. It was great that you provided the pics. Changing out the green to white LED makes the car look much classier IMO. Most car companies use either the green or amber gauges to reduce eye fatigue as this was the initial intention in the mid to late 80's. Pontiac was notorious and may still be for using the amber lighting whereas Toyota loves to use the green. My props to you for a job well done.
