Default What other cars were you considering before choosing the ISx50?

Hi guys, I am in the market for a car right now and can't really decide on whether to get the BMW 335 coupe, GS350, or the IS350. What other cars were you considering besides the ISx50 while you were in the market, and what made you decide on the ISx50.

My initial impressions after driving the 3 cars is that I think the BMW is the best when talking about just driving satisfaction. I love how it feels on the road and I think it's the "sexiest" out of the 3 too. The GS350 is really not too much of a consideration because it's really too big of a car for my tastes right now, but the sales rep can get me one for only $45,000 which is only about $5000 more then the IS350.

My initial impressions on driving the IS350 were good. It's fast, but I just don't feel as connected to the road as I do with the 335 coupe. I do like the interior of the Lexus better and think that reliability down the road will me better as well. Also, I can get the Lexus for about 3 or 4K cheaper then the BMW. What were your deciding factors in choosing the Lexus, and does anyone have any regrets?

I preferred the IS because I liked the interior better. I do miss the better handling of the BMW when I go on canyon runs... once a season. Everywhere else, on the road, highway, city driving, the IS is smoother and more comfortable.

At the time it was 330i vs IS350.
The tail lights of the BMW turned me off, haha.

Also another great choice is the G35; even cheaper than the IS, drives like the 3er, more room than both.

I'm not too big on the GS models. They don't appeal to me at all. Thanks for the recommendation though.

I think he meant the Infiniti G35 or even better the G37. I seriously want a G37. They aren't as popular as the G35, but it is alot better in performance and in style IMO.

g35 here too, middle. east spec is rated at 327hp, so its pretty damn fast. What made my mind up was the build quality and design of the lex. interior and out its a beautiful car. L-finess at its best. All it took was for me to sit inside the IS and everything about driving dynamics and speed was out the window. plus i knew i was gonna modify. So my recomendation? get the Lex, ull be happy. If handling is an issue, you can get a good set of coils and some chassis braces and youll be good. I aint gonna lie, even with all that it wont touch bmws handling skills but youll be satisfied.

G35 (4dr/MT)
335i (4dr/MT)

If you want to "connect" more to the car, get 335i

If you want luxury, get the IS

I was considering the G37 Coupe, but wasnt too impressed with the interior. Like the exterior styling and the Exhaust Note!!! But inside looks like a POS Nissan lol. I do infact like the IPOD intergration in the G37. But the IS350 caught my heart lol.

I also have my friends yelling at me to get a 4 doors cuz their sick of climbing in my back seat (only 2 doors right now )
