for some of you who says the semi-aniline is stated in the convenience and luxury features: where is it?
in my sticker it only says leather trim w/power seats
again, this 2007 IS350 RWD, if there's anything to do with it.
edit:
so it is standard on the AWD version of IS. That's not fair. I also want semi-aniline

Apparently semi-analine leather was standard in the '07 AWD. Next time I go to the dealer I'll check the '08's to see if I can tell the difference in the quality of the leather.
My June build '06 has Perforated seats with heat/cool dials on the console but doesn't mention convienence feature on the window sticker nor is there anything about Semi-Analine Leather Seats.
Just leather trim w/10 way power including lumbar in the Luxury and Convenience feature column.
Nothing about the Bird's Eye maple wood either.
No package cost on the pricing either.
Looks like standard items on a AWD.

EXTRA, EXTRA...read about the ES. It doesn't come standard with leather at all. Must be the same "pleather" as BMW or similar.
It is an option to get leather, and "ultra luxury" option to get semi-analine.
I'm not lying folks...go look at the ES on the Lexus website.

So in summary the only place we've seen any evidence that semi-analine was used in the IS was, specifically, in 06-07 250 AWDs. Numerous other 06-07 owners (non 250 AWD) did NOT have it, and no 08s at all appear to.
Kinda weird they'd put totally different seats in the 250 AWD than all the other ISes though, and then figure out 2 years later it didn't make sense and stop.

It just has leather trim wording.

Thanks for posting this scan; I have to find my invoice as well. This is odd for Lexus, I was under the impression all "IS" models had this brand of leather. We'll at least my original post invoked some great intelligent thought amongst members. My thanks to all who have actively tried to resolve this.
