Here is what is stated on my sticker: No where it says semi aniline.. it just says PERFORATED. Look at the premium package section.
This is 2007 IS350 btw
so, i think all IS comes with perforated, coz it comes with premium package.

No one ignored your original post. I think you've just ignored posts (like mine) which stated semi-analine leather was listed on the window sticker - NOT in the options column. It was standard equipment on my car. You can choose to believe what you want to believe. Me, I'll just enjoy sitting on my semi-analine leather seats...

Looking at my window sticker (2007 IS250 AWD), second column under LUXURY AND CONVENIENCE FEATURES (not under options): "Perforated Semi-Analine Leather Seats w/10-Way Power Front..."
Apparently semi-analine leather was standard in the '07 AWD. Next time I go to the dealer I'll check the '08's to see if I can tell the difference in the quality of the leather.

Just leather trim w/10 way power including lumbar in the Luxury and Convenience feature column.
Nothing about the Bird's Eye maple wood either.
No package cost on the pricing either.
Looks like standard items on a AWD.

I never was under the impression that any IS had semi aniline leather. Semi Aniline leather is the best and softest leather that any car could ever have and only the ES with ultra luxury package and the LS LWB with the luxury package comes with semi aniline leather. I'm sorry but the IS has never had this type of leather. Not even the GS, SC, nor GX came with it either.

The IS does have semi aniline. It lists it right here on the Lexus Europe site on a crappy is220d model no less. It is optional on the ES but standard on the IS. I've had ES loaners and my IS leather is much softer and better.

My IS has really, really soft, high quality leather. My parents back home have really high-scale, expensive, fully-loaded cars, and none of the leather in their cars even comes close.
I don't have my sticker on hand to see if it says semi analine, but I'll check it out later tonight.
