My condolences Javy. Make sure you have yourself checked out to make sure to you don't sustain any severe back injury from this. On the side note, you should buckle up Snoopy next time.

This is unfortunate and I would make sure to get checked out before you sign off on the insurance. That lady who hit you insuarnace company will want to close this claim asap. I would obtain chiropractic and have x-rays done to pla it safe. Pinched nerves can take a couple of weeks to really become iritable. Sorry for your loss.

P.S. Why was Snoopy not seat belted properly?

Ah...I hope you and Snoopy don't substain any long term injuries from this. Sorry your beautiful IS was damaged once again.

That totally sucks that the moron in Honda that ran into you only has a bent license plate. I hope everything gets fixed as good as new!

Not sure, I tried opening the hood yesterday but it's jammed shut. The good part was that the hood was bent far enough up so that I could get my painted engine cover out!

Hmmm. Some voodoo going on with that car. It's got a mean curse on it.

Glad you're not mortally wounded, but I'm sure your back pain makes you feel seriously injured.

Best of luck with the repairs. I'd hire my own witch doctor to cleanse that beast if it were mine.

Actually in this case Javy's insurance would pay for the car in front of him. Even though not his fault and the cause of the driver behind him. Javy's Insurance is ultimately responsible. Javy's Insurance will then go after the responsible party (called subrogation) for the funds. This doesn't count against Javy's insurance or penalize him in anyway. Unless the Insurance guides are different in CA then in IL.

Yikes, glad to hear that you are ok. Hopefully your car will be back up and running even better than before.

I had a similar situation happen to me in my old car where a guy hit the car behind me who in turn bumped into me. Luckily I didn't hit the car in front of me. In terms of insurance, the car who initated the accident was responsible for covering my damage.
