Im thinking of buying the h11, 9005 and 9006 conversion kits for my car and was wondering if this could be a viable option.

I dont know but thats pretty cheap for an HID kit....IMO dont go too cheap....my kit was $200 and I love it. Spend the extra money and get a good quality kit like McCulloch or Xenon Depot

what you see in the ebay posting is not what you will get. i know for a fact because I've purchased the kit to see what it's really all about.

what WILL come in the mail is a xentec kit with no harness and it will ship in a small box that's stuffed into an envelope for cheap shipping purposes.

See ballast 2:

also - i don't really trust people/shops that use pictures of other cars and make false claims about the color temperatures...

how do I know? check out the ebay post... look under the 6k diamond white... You see the first car on the left where it kinda looks like a GS with a clear corner light with an orange LED inside and it has a TTE lip with the work mesh wheels?

THAT'S MY CAR.

Here's a day pic of my car. sorry it's so big but at least you can see the front end.

I have a Xenon Depot and it's been great.
With the XD kit you get two fused harnesses to the battery.
One for each HID bulb.

There are certain things I would buy on ebay, and an HID kit is DEFINITELY not one of them. Especially not for $24.99.

I have to be honest, I have the Zentech kit and it is OK. I do have some ballast flickering, so it will be the last Zentech kit i buy. I only paid $130 shipped so i am not mad. I miss my Phillips ballasts I had a couple of years back. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap ballasts burn out fast.

Just want to throw in my 2 cents.

A lot of people have claimed that aftermarket HID kits are made from same or similar companies with just logo's added on.

How true is that? I don't know and don't really care.

What I am looking for is a company that has been around the market and known for its customer service. I rather pay more money for the product knowing that if anything goes wrong I will be covered, or if I have any questions, it will be answered.

It's the peace of mind knowing someone is behind the telephone rather than unreplied emails.

I guess if you are planning on selling the car soon, than save the $20 for your next car and don't go through with the cheap kit.

I actually bought a xentec kit on ebay before for my mom's car. Exactly as advertised and was about $77 shipped. No problems yet after about 6 months of use, surprisingly.

Que pasa Carlitos? I would recommend you take advantage of XenonDepot's sale and buy a couple of 8000K Xtreme HID kits from them. They are good quality and have been used by many people in this forum, to include me. Let me know if you have any other questions... oh, and by the way, when are we having the PR meet??

If you are looking for decent kit, go into the vendor section.

I believe we have Xenondepot and Mobilehid having a sale/discount. There are also few other vendor that are selling HID kits.

Browse around the vendor section and see what you find. Although not sure if any kits that are offering are lower than $160.
