longer answer: The dealer will not warranty any aftermarket parts. They can also refuse warranty work which is a direct result of aftermarket modifications. In other words, if your nav screws up, they can't refuse warranty work because of your wheels. If your engine blows up because you slapped a turbo on it, then they can refuse to warranty it.
The burden of proof lies with the dealer, but in reality, it can be hard to prove otherwise if they state problems.
