Ok today I noticed for the first time after a month of owning my car that on the stereo theres a small signal bar status. That of like a cell phone. The bars increase in strength and decrease to no bars showing at all. What I want to know is whats this signal for? heres a crappy pic i took of my cell but at least u can get an idea of the location of it...That was one bar showing.

I searched (signal bars, stereo signal, signal strength) but probably didnt search good enough if its been covered.

Edit...Is this the ASL that is supposedly not really noticable? if so can someone confirm and mods can delete this.

Yea. Its the ASL. I had the 250 with no Nav. That bar will increase when you go faster and decrease when you slow down or disappear when you stop.
