Default Work Varianza T1s Tire Question

Guys need some help!!
Going to run Work Varianza Front 20x9 offset 36 and Rear 20x10 offset 40...
gonna need some stretch tires for the front...but how wide should i go? 225 /30/20 or 235/30/20?
I tried on a 245/30/20 but it was over the fender tad too much...how stretch will the 9 inch width look using 225 or 235??
The rear fit just nice with 265/30/20 but will 275/30/20 do just fine??
I will plan to lower the car with H&R springs...
if any1 of you running stretch tires, please do advice or post your setup....thanks!!

your a sav for stretching a 30 series.

you could run a 225/30 and a 265/30 if you plan on lowering.

not the rear...i mean stretch for the front.... lol... since you have same 9" and pretty much same offset...do u have to go 225/30 or 225/35 is possible? so many potty holes here in LA..

for the rear...should i got 245 or 255? since i am going stretch on the front...wouldnt be weird if dun stretch it at the rear??

SAV = savage

im just saying your stretching a 30 profile. 30 series are like rubber bands already but stretching it is nuts. stretching a 35 series tire is almost pushing it but a 30 is a little crazy.

a 35 has a higher chance of rubbing than a 30.

llama has 19's and you have 20's. of course he would run a 35 cause he has a smaller rim.

I wouldn't go 35series tires. I would go with 235/30/20 tires up front.

sorry, was busy... i have a life (looking for anime to dl, chating on aim and irc, playing video games)

Ok, i run 35 series tires, thing about the stretch thou is that not all tires can do it and hold the seal.

dang...so confused now...i dun even know what tires to put for the rear since i'm stretching the front...

option 1: 225/35/20 Front
or
option 2: 235/30/20 Front

for the rear, if i want to have a stretch look like the fronts, what tire sizes should i go for?

thanks guys!

ok... i see your difficulty, thing is, i cant really say as i run 19"s and have no xp with 20" stretch. BUT all i can say is, your rear offset is alittle conservative so im sure a 265 would fit, BUT alot depends on your drop also... sorry not much help i can offer EXCEPT:

*bump to the top*

hahaha..thanks llama...yeah i guess the rear tire would be 265...but the thing is that there is no 265/30 with Falken 452...ugh...only 255.....but 255 is meant for 8.5"-9.5" so i guess that wont work either...so left with 275/30? will it still has the stretched look?

edit: NVM...i guess the rear you can do 255/30/20...the only closest setup to mine is Genki, who also have the T1s 20x10 +40 and he runs 255/30/20 rear and 225/30/20 with front 20x8.5 +38...since mine is 20x9...i guess 235/30/20 would fit just nice...?? lol...

lol...your's seemed already pretty stretch on the rear...i guess 255 would look stretched enough...the front i got a great deal on a pair of toyo t1r but 235/30/20....so i dunno if i shud go for 235 or 225...danggg..
