Default Does your IS SWAY To The LEFT???????

Ok just last Saturday, I had 4 people in my IS350 and I went over a few humps on the road going around 70km's and I noticed my car swayed to the left. I thought it was all in my head but my friends noticed it too. After 10mins of driving and it happened again. I noticed it happened when I went over a hump on the road. It was the weirdest feeling of all. It felt pretty scary because it felt like I was going to lose control or something. Has this happen to anyone??

Yes mine does to. When at speeds above 65 it tends to go to the left a little. I never thought i would lose control but i slowed down a lot since i could barely see, Which reminds me i need to raise my HID a little.

sure it's not the crown in the road.....can be in some spots where it can be a little high or uneven when your traveling down the road.

is your car lowered? if so then the camber and alignment is probably horrible... try getting an alignment?

Nope. Only problem I have is that I got a pull to the right under hard braking. Gotta have it looked at. I think the above statements are probably right. Any crowning on the road surface can cause a drifting. Maybe you hit it just right and went left both times?

You need to get your alignment fix....or else the thread on your tires will be eaten up unevenly and fast

I don't think it is the crowing on the road. This never happened before. But mind you I rarley have anyone sitting at the back seats. It seems to sway when there is 2 people sitting at the back. I do feel it swaying a tad bit but more prominate last time when I went over a few big humps on the road.

Yeah, maybe you could have an alignment issue and the extra weight in the back makes it more noticable?

We all notice this so much with our low profilee rubber band on rims being most of us have either 17" or 18" and they tend to follow the grooves of the road.
