Default TPMS problem, lemon law?

I have an 07 IS250 AWD and I've gone to the dealer twice for a tire pressure monitor system error. the first time the TPMS system registered multiple unknown codes that caused incorrect reading of the tire pressure. The second time, a check system light came on and off during drives which the dealer checked the ECU and found multiple codes that are unknown. I'll be going into the dealer a third time this week to have this fix. I'm wondering if I can apply for a lemon case if this time they fail to fix it again. thanks.

I think if you mentioned to them the lemon law in relation to TPMS they'd probably laugh at you........

Yeah, I'm going to have to laugh at this one too.

You've got a ways to go before you think about lemons.

Lemon laws are for recurrent unsuccessful attempts to fix significant problems affecting safety or driveability, not for glitches with the electronic toys. I wouldn't even bring it up.
