Default 2007 is250 headlight wiring issue

I have a 2007 IS 250 with the stock HID lights with the AFS system, I am installing a set of new projectors in place of my stock fog lights and need help with were to hook my High and Low beam wires to. There is a harness in the lower side of the bumper that i am assuming has these functions but i'm not sure which of the 30+_ wires belong to the high beam or the low beam application. Please all help is greatly appreciated.

Just out of curiosity why do you need to the splice into the your head lamp harness? Fog lights have their own power running to them.

I am adding a high and low beam projector. The fog lights are being taken out and HID projectors with high beam and low beam are being installed.
