IS250 dyno/rwhp
just curious, does anyone know what is the rwhp for the 250? i know the spec says 204hp but i seriously thinks that my 1996 ES300 pulls harder with 188hp

It might very well pull harder. With different gearing the cars will accelerate differently and feel different. One with less power might push you back in the seat harder because it has lower overall gearing, but it doesn't mean it has more power.

JDM ECM in Hawaii? You're no longer required to meet US EPA standards? How is that?

I dunno but we got what we got... and thats what we got, thus the TOMS sc will work on our cars. It was discussed at length in another thread... somewhere... something about we have to get the JDM LS smartcard for hawaii cars/our cars come direct and not thru cali... something like that.

^^yeah, I get that your cars are through Servco, but how could they not meet EPA testing? All US vehicles have to meet EPA, and if they use a different ECM, they'd have to test the Hawaii vehicles separately. That would be absurdly expensive from a compliance cost perspective.
