Whats this VDIM bypass thing in the 06 IS350???

OK..I have searched and couldnt really come up with anything....I know the pedal dance....but is there another easier way? Maybe a switch? Or can the 06 be updated to the 07 specs so that the switch can be used to turn it off?

The pedal dance is the only way I've ever heard of for the 2006. Although a switch is theoretically possible I don't think anyone has knowledge of the system to know how to wire it.

I know I read somewhere (cant remember exactly) where a guy made a module and posted the schematics for it. It was a module that basically electronically simulated the pedal dance. In another post in this forum a guy said he was sending his car in for the pedal dance bypass mod......so there is SOME knowledge out there of it....

There weren't enough '06 owners with interest in a module to justify producing them. The '07 squashed the project.
