Default possible solution to fix dash board rattle.

i had no problem with rattle inside of the car..
(because there was none!!..)

but after changing GPS antenna to new one
(there was a navi issue that it couldn't locate my position)
rattling sound came out from dash board...

at first i tried to ignore the sound but i decided to fix it myself
(i took it to the dealer and they cannot fix it somehow <-- like always)

i was parting out whold dash board section and tried to figure out
source of rattling sound.. but i could not find anything..

i decided to put everything back into orginal place and accidently
kick bottom section of the knee airbag.. then i heard rattling sound..

so i looked under the knee airbag and there was "OBO II" connector.
guess what?? "THE OBO II CONNECTOR CAP WAS OPEN!!!"
those plastics hit against each other and made freaking rattling sound..

i colse the cap and... ant then.. rattling sound is gone forever~~~
anyone who are annoyed by rattling sound from dash
this is possible solution.. check your "obo II" connector cap..

I have the same problem except it is the center speaker grill. My dealer said it is normal because the roads i drive are abnormal.

Someone from another post said to put velcro underneath the grill to remove the rattle. i havent tried yet because of my back problem. It is either that or epoxy the entire grill

A suggestion form another thread: Under the center speaker grill, stick a huge piece of foam in there and close the grill on top of it (so there's a little upward pressure). It seemed to work for the person who posted it.
