Default "re-torque axle shaft flange bolts"

How important is this? It's the only item I saw on my next service interval that I was considering having done, besides the oil change.

I'm not usually big on conspiracy theories, but I have a sneaking suspicion that item appears at every service interval to encourage people to bring the car to their dealer rather than the local quick-lube joint.

There are lots of people out there getting oil changes done without getting the blinker fluid inspections, etc, and I think the majority of our axel flanges are perfectly fine.
